ABOUT iPET NETWORK
Our Centre Approval Process
To deliver qualifications that truly work:
Step 1 - Contact Us
Start your journey by emailing info@ipetnetwork.co.uk or completing the enquiry form on our website. A member of our team will send you introductory information and arrange a call with one of our Onboarding Team members to discuss your goals and answer any initial questions.
Step 2 - Approval Form
You’ll be asked to complete the official Centre Approval Application Form, which includes submitting key details about your organisation, alongside CVs and certificates from your delivery and assessment staff. Once submitted, our team will review your application and provide guidance on the next steps.
Step 3 - Approval Preparation and Audit
Your Centre will need to prepare key operational documents including policies, procedures, and a Qualification Development Plan. Once reviewed, a Centre Approval Audit will be arranged, this can take place remotely or in person. The audit confirms that your systems, resources, and staff meet the required quality standards to deliver iPET Network qualification
Step 4 - Confirmation of Approval
Following a successful audit, you’ll receive formal confirmation of approval along with access to our exclusive resources, e-portfolio system, folder structures, and training materials. From there, you can begin registering Learners, allocating assessments, and issuing regulated iPET Network certificates.
Through every qualification, partnership, and learner, we are redefining what quality looks like in Animal Care and Veterinary Science education.
