The portal is designed to streamline your administrative processes, ensuring that all information is submitted accurately, on time, and in the correct format. This helps Centres meet quality assurance requirements, maintain compliant and auditable records, and guarantee that Candidates receive their certificates without delay.

Once approved, Centres can register Learners and claim awards directly through the portal, providing the fastest, most efficient method of processing Candidate information. This reduces errors, accelerates certificate turnaround times, and supports a consistent, high-quality Learner experience.

If a Candidate requires a replacement certificate, Centres can request this by completing a Replacement Certificate Request Form.
