Student Registrations and Awards
As an Approved Centre with iPET Network, you will use our secure online portal to register Learners, manage units, and submit qualification data. The portal is designed to streamline your administrative processes, ensuring that all information is submitted accurately, on time, and in the correct format. This helps Centres meet quality assurance requirements, maintain compliant and auditable records, and guarantee that Candidates receive their certificates without delay.
Once approved, Centres can register Learners and claim awards directly through the portal, providing the fastest, most efficient method of processing Candidate information. This reduces errors, accelerates certificate turnaround times, and supports a consistent, high-quality Learner experience.
Comprehensive guidance, step-by-step instructions, and support materials are available for the portal are available online at any time. Should you require additional help, the iPET Network team is available to provide advice, technical support, or a personalised online demonstration.
If a Candidate requires a replacement certificate, Centres can request this by completing a Replacement Certificate Request Form.
